What is the width standard of non-woven fabric?
At present, there are three types of machine standard in China: 160cm, 240cm and 320cm. Due to the majority of 160cm machines in China and convenient transportation, the most common width of non-woven fabric is 1.6m,
So 1.6 is the standard width. It is convenient for the production of 60cm, 80cm, 100cm and 120cm of 2.4m and 40cm, 60cm and 80cm of 1.6m;
For the 3.2m machine, as long as it is multiple width, it can be produced without too much loss.
Of course, the above content is only limited to PP, that is, PP spunbonded non-woven fabrics, other types of non-woven fabrics are not necessarily applicable.
