Q: Are samples free or do I need to pay for them?
A: If you need a small number of samples, there will be no charge. Simply let us know your freight-to-pay account, e.g. FedEx DHL TNT, or if you don't have an account, the correct courier charges will apply.
Q: What is MOQ?
A: Custom sizes/weights/patterns/colours with a minimum order of 2 tonnes per colour.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your nonwovens production and what are the relevant guarantees?
A: We ensure high quality nonwoven production through multiple layers of stringent quality control processes. After production, employees observe for defects and inclusions. The nonwoven products are then subjected to a machine inspection and finally to a secondary physical inspection. The machines are also initially calibrated to ensure that colour patterns and dimensional tolerances are within acceptable standards. If you have specific inspection criteria, we can develop a customised process to suit your standards. In addition, customers are welcome to visit and inspect our nonwovens production plant before or during bottle production. This can be coordinated through your sales manager.
Q: Can we change the design of a custom nonwoven product once we decide to start the design process?
A: Of course you can. You can change the design of your nonwoven related products as much as you want without having to prepare the moulds for mass production before we start the mass production. Simply contact your account manager/designer to discuss whether your desired changes are feasible.
Q: Can I learn about your production process?
A: As in any other nonwovens production plant in the world, you will learn all the details about the products. In addition, you can visit our nonwovens plant in China during the production process.

Q: Can I get special pricing for large orders?

Q: What are the raw materials of your nonwoven fabrics?
A: Our hydroentangled products are made from materials such as viscose fibres, polyester fibres, wood pulp and polypropylene in different proportions. We can advise you on the best choice of raw material for your desired product.
Q: Does the product lose colour and flakes?
A: No. Our materials are of high quality, with strict craftsmanship and rigorous quality control, each non-woven product is carefully checked by professional quality inspectors with professional equipment in every process.
Q: What are the minimum requirements to have a finished package?
A: There is no requirement, as long as the MOQ is exceeded, the finished product can be packaged; except for bags, which require a MOQ based on size.

Q: Can I have my unique design (size, grammage, pattern, etc.)?
A: Yes, we welcome customer's design, such as size, grammage, pattern, colour, packaging, etc.
Q: How's the packaging? Can I customise the packaging?
A: Yes, easily customise the packaging to showcase different packaging ideas. Or customised according to customer requirements.
Q: What products can I customise?
A: We specialise in producing a wide range of nonwoven products for the domestic and industrial sectors, and can customise any of our products for these sectors. You can contact our sales representatives and tell them which products you would like to customise.

Q: Can I get custom design and mock-up samples?
A: Of course, we design and build each project according to each customer's needs and submit design samples to you for confirmation.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Typically, our lead time is 30 days, depending on the quantity of products.
Payment & Shipping
Q: What are your payment terms?
TT,Bank transfers (30% of the total amount to be paid upfront as a deposit, the remaining 70% to be paid before delivery, after product quality inspection.).
Q: What are your shipping terms?
A: a. For samples, by air or express: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
b. For large orders, we arrange sea freight according to your requirements.
Q: What if a breakage occurs during shipping?
A: This is very rare, but if it does happen, the breakage is likely to have occurred during transit. This will therefore be the responsibility of the transport company concerned and covered by the appropriate insurance company. We ensure that the products are loaded safely and reliably in China and are sufficiently robust to withstand the conditions typical of containers during shipping. It should be noted that such incidents are extremely rare.
