What types of non-woven fabrics are used for sanitary napkins, and what are the characteristics of this type of non-woven fabrics?

According to the production process of non-woven fabrics, the fabrics that can be used for sanitary napkins are: heat-bonded non-woven fabrics, including hot-air non-woven fabrics and hot-rolled non-woven fabrics.

1. Air-through non-woven fabrics: When producing air-through non-woven fabrics, a certain proportion of low-melting point bonding fibers or bi-component fibers should be mixed into the fiber web. After the fibers are carded, the hot air on the drying equipment is used to penetrate the fiber web to make it thermally bonded to produce non-woven fabrics. The product has good bulkiness, softness and excellent air permeability.

2. Hot-rolled non-woven fabric: After the fibers are combed into a web, the low-melting-point fibers are melted into a web by rollers (under a certain high temperature and high pressure), so there will be rolling spots on the surface. The product is light, thin and soft.

3. Spunlace non-woven fabric: Generally, cotton spunlace non-woven fabric can be used on the surface of sanitary napkins. Good wear resistance, soft and skin-friendly, good water absorption (moist after use).
