Viscose fiber is a natural plant processed fiber.Depending on the source of raw materials,there are three common types.
Viscose fibers produced from cotton pulp meal raw materials are cotton nonwoven,usually yellow in color and relatively common.
Viscose fiber produced from wood pulp meal raw materials,this fiber will be brighter in color,the texture of the cloth is very soft,water retention capacity is relatively good,relatively few are currently used in China.
Viscose fiber produced from bamboo pulp meal is bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric.The color of this cloth is yellowish while the color is also brighter,and less is currently used in China.
Wet wipes made of viscose fiber can be degraded quickly in the natural environment,so they do not cause environmental pollution.The above three viscose fiber non-woven fabric,after ignition can be completely burned,there is no residue in the ashes,this method can be relatively easy to determine whether the wipes base material contains polyester.
Polyester+viscose.For cost reasons as well as the comfort of using wet wipes,polyester fiber as well as viscose fiber will be used as raw materials for the production of wet wipes in proportion,but the ratio usually differs.The lower the ratio of polyester,the higher the softness of the non-woven fabric and the higher the cost of the cloth.
The general polyester viscose ratio is controlled at 5:5 up and down,when the wipes are in use,the feel of the softness is moderate,and it is not easy to pile up after wiping,because the water retention of viscose is better than that of all-polyester wipes,therefore,also in the case of increasing the amount of water,the feel of the wipes is not so wet.
After drying,the substrate cloth will emit black smoke when lit with a lighter,and there will be a certain percentage of hard lumps in the ashes depending on the percentage of polyester content.
After reading the above,it is easy to tell that the all viscose fiber wipes are more comfortable to use,but generally the price of these wipes will also be much higher than the general wipes.As a disposable hygiene product,polyester and viscose based wipes are more economical and can meet the needs of use.
