1、 Prewetting
The formed fiber web is sent to the spunlaced machine for reinforcement, and the first step is pre humidification. The purpose of pre wetting is to compact the fluffy web and remove the air in the web, so that the web can effectively absorb the energy of water jet after entering the spunlace area, so as to enhance the effect of fiber entanglement.
2、 Spunlace
After entering the spunlaced area through the pre wetted fiber web, many micro water jets are ejected from the water jet holes of the water jet board of the spunlaced head, and they shoot vertically to the fiber web. The water jet makes a part of the surface fibers move, including the vertical movement to the opposite side of the web; When the water jet penetrates the fiber net, it will scatter to the opposite side of the fiber net in different directions due to the rebound effect of the supporting curtain or the drum; Under the double action of the direct impact of water jet and the rebound of water flow, the fibers in the fiber net are displaced, interpenetrated, entangled and clasped, forming numerous flexible entanglement nodes, thus strengthening the fiber net. In addition, the reinforcement methods of spunlace mainly include flat mesh reinforcement, drum reinforcement and the combination of drum and flat mesh reinforcement.
3、 Dehydration
The purpose of dehydration is to remove the retained water in the fiber web in time, so as not to affect the entanglement effect of the next spunlace. When there is more water in the web, the energy of water jet will disperse, which is not conducive to fiber entanglement. When the spunlace process is finished, the moisture content in the web is reduced to the minimum, which is also conducive to reducing the drying energy consumption.
4、 Water treatment and recycling
Inorganic salts dissolved in water, whether anions or cations, have an impact on the spunlace process. Calcium and magnesium ions are easy to produce dirt on pipeline and equipment; Iron, manganese, copper plasma is easy to generate colored substances, so for the production of white sanitary materials, its content should be strictly controlled; When the content of chloride ion is high, it is easy to cause equipment corrosion.
