For example, the film coating and film covering of non-woven fabrics are common processes in non-woven fabrics. Most of the final products of the two products have similarities and similar functions. For example, both can be waterproof, oil and blood stains... But there are also differences between the two, as follows

Film coated non-woven fabric is to heat the plastic into liquid with a professional machine, and then pour the plastic liquid on one or both sides of the non-woven fabric through the machine. One side of the machine has a drying system, which can dry and cool the poured plastic liquid. The advantages are fast production speed and low cost. Film covered non-woven fabric is produced by laminating machine by compounding the produced non-woven fabric and PE film in high-temperature equipment. In terms of appearance, due to different processes, the products produced by coated non-woven fabrics have obvious small pits on the surface, while the covered non-woven fabrics are composite products with better smoothness and color than coated non-woven fabrics, but the production speed is low and the price is relatively high

Generally, the commonly used coated non-woven fabrics seldom add anti-aging agent, so that the aging speed is faster under the sunlight. As the PE film used in the film covered non-woven fabric has been added with anti-aging agent before production, its anti-aging effect is also better than that of the film coated non-woven fabric.
