1. Medical treatment

Medical superabsorbent dressings are designed to present the correct moisture conditions around the wound without causing actual wetting. The fabric quickly absorbs and retains exudate from the infected area. Thus, this helps promote an optimal healing environment and limits further bacterial growth. This medical superabsorbent can aid recovery, especially when used to treat highly exuding wounds.

They can be used in a wide range of applications from hanging basket liners (Basket Boosters™) to large commercial scale planting and landscaping projects. Superabsorbents can also be added directly to the soil medium to enhance water tolerance.
