Identify Culprits: Red, dark-colored fabrics, and cotton garments are more prone to color bleeding. Use additional Color Catcher sheets (3-4) for these items or fabrics with poor colorfastness.

Wash New Colors Separately: For the first few washes (5-6), wash new colored garments alone to avoid dye transfer.

Segregate Dark Colors: Large dark items like jeans and towels should always be washed separately, regardless of using a Color Catcher.

Mixing with Whites: Be cautious when mixing colors with white clothes. Consider washing whites separately for ultimate color protection.

Minimize Dye Transfer Risk: Transfer wet laundry directly to the dryer after washing. Dye in wet clothes can more easily stain other items.

Prep the Machine: Before adding your laundry, place a single Color Catcher sheet directly into the washing machine drum.

Add Laundry and Detergent: Load your clothes on top of the Color Catcher sheet. Then, add your usual laundry detergent and select the appropriate washing cycle for your fabric type.

Wash and Dispose: Once the wash cycle is complete, remove the Color Catcher sheet and discard it. Don't reuse it.

Dry Promptly: Dry your laundry immediately after washing to prevent any leftover dye transfer that might occur while the clothes are wet.
